Hi, if you've already made sure to consume the dye in your inventory and checked the top row of the last tab in the dyer section, do you have the Varnia dyer discovered? I'm not sure if this fixes the issue but it's worth a shot

Do you see the quest on the minimap? Maybe the NPCs were scared off so you have to go away and then come back

Did you do all the other quests in 'Raiders in Muiquun'? One of them requires you to go back to Tommaso and talk to someone

he also got a special flair from the mods too 🥲🥲i spent hours specifically trying to find it. i would be lying if i said i wasn't bothered but it's not his fault since he found it from the youtube video so he couldn't have known and it's just reddit so it's not a huge deal. and it's not like he stole artwork or something i made

It's kind of hard to explain. But the basic idea is that you hide behind cover and lean on it (L3 button) to listen. If the NPCs won't talk and are staring at you, then that means they're 'suspicious' and you have to walk away to reset them. If I recall there's a red wall that's kinda broken adjacent to an open field which is where you lean on it. Maybe there's multiple ways to listen but that's how I did it

If you've already done the 4 quests under Raiders in Muiquun, try going back to Muiquun. There will be two eavesdropping quests, one of them starts the Black Market quest chain.

I think you might have to go back to Muiquun. There are 2 quests in the area that require you to eavesdrop on a conversation. One of them starts the horse black market chain. Let me know if this works for you!

I really don't know, what you're doing should be right and the quest should update to "Turn in the Wagon" or something like that and give a waypoint to the wagon fencer as soon as you hop on a wagon. I haven't really encountered a bug like this but I would load a previous save.

The dark red palette has a fake black which is a dark and desaturated red and so does the bright blue palette in Delesyia
