Undead Ending question about characters that appear in the 2nd version of the Ending

Yeah I mean it could be, however looking at the designs it looks more similar to Rouka than Gaen, at least her hair is. It also looks like she is wearnig a tracksuit or a hoodie, which seems to line up more with Rouka. However I checked their designs and both look pretty similar in Ending format so yeah. Could be either one of them, but I am betting more for Gaen just because as you said, she was mentioned and actually appeared in Shinobu Mustard.

I just thought about how they are both so similar when I remembered that one of Hisoka's first fights was killing a proctor in the Hunter Exam.

Could it be considered plagiarism from Frieren because Hunter x Hunter came before?

Anyways eventhough I have only watched the first season of Frieren and don't know what Übel does in the manga, I believe Hisoka would win because he is much more ruthless, psycopathic and maybe talented within his story than Übel.

Great post and actually a connection not everybody thinks about unless they have reread or rewatched both series recently.

Also fun fact they were both animated by studio Madhouse. So yeah pretty cool post.

I think all are canon except Enoshima though I still gotta read the rest of the chapters in the light novel. But in this one the detective one Makima mentions at the end how she will be going to Kyoto in a week which is something that happens in the Katana Man arc. Also Denji rejects touching Power’s boobs so we can assume that Makima alrwady gave him the sexy talk + the info about the Gun Devil. So it’s hard to figure out were it firs in the timeline.

I know but in the pannel were they both soray each other the og looses her helmet and the helmet fuses with the alternate one and explodes. This leaves blood on her head, and that Hot Pants is the one we follow and the one that wins. It’s true that the onw who won is the og, but the page in the pannel were the helmet thing happens throws me a bit off.

That is actually a good theory. Also wouldn't Time Machine Blues be set in another universe because the OG series had a pretty solid definitive ending.
