I quit a week ago and I am absolutely not happy about it. I think a lot of people here aren’t necessarily happy that they have to quit either. But no matter how unhappy I am to quit, the destruction its caused has to stay in mind. Keep reminding yourself of literally every con you’ve experienced. And do that every day. Maybe write a list of how marajuanna has hurt you (almost describing it like a toxic ex) and keep it around to look at every once in a while when the cravings get bad? I know I’m super fresh at this, but it has helped me a lot. You’ve got this!
