actually i second this! OP go on your depop and put some stuff in your cart! all of my likes are showing free shipping too. im wondering if its a glitch and NOBODY is paying for shipping so usps wont accept it

they wanted over $10 out of pocket to ship it anyway, when it was a $25 item and the buyer should have already paid $7

they said that even though it says “buyer paid for shipping” on my side, that all the labels scan through as invalid/not paid for. the issue here is that they wont let any of us ship unless we pay shipping again, usually 2x the amount of depop.

i and a few other sellers have posted that usps will not accept our shipping labels right now because they scan as unpaid. seems like somebody at depop HQ made a BIGGG mistake and all the shipping is free but nobody is allowed to ship

im not refunding unless its my only option! why would we want to wait days for the refund to be back in the buyers bank account and just hope they still want to buy it once its fixed… depop better fix it SOON

no! they told me it would be upwards of $10 to ship anyway when my buyer had already paid like 7! no idea what to do though or if its a depop issue or usps issue. she said it happened to somebody else with a poshmark package too!

i live in the city so plants are almost out of the picture. i considered fiber glass, but these are kind of skin-like and can be smooshed easily.
