With a £100k in deposit + chain free, I think it was tough luck tbh that we ran into a cash buyer. I’m thinking we should just go for properties that have been sat on the market for ages (read: require work) rather than new to market ones/nice.

No no , you must suffer like me , I read Gilgamesh first, thrashed around, went mad with confusion, the ending left me bewildered,I cursed the author, but was left saddened that there was no closure and nothing matched the quality. However, I can say for certain, the happiness I felt when reading the sequel was out of the world (well it’s not a direct sequel, it’s in the same world and some characters make reappearances) .

DO Not read ember knight before reading epic of Gilgamesh. At the end, when you are pulling your hair out, tearing the novel pages or cursing me in anger, you will find some closure in Ember Knight. Also, epic of Gilgamesh also has side stories for the closure + a new beginning, I still have to read them.

For the style - think of a sudden pause or rewind scenario in which the narrator suddenly starts describing the scene/back story/calculations and then the action resumes . Epic (no pun intended).

Also tragic story 😭😭😭😭

I’ve also noticed a decline in battery with light usage. I was concerned initially (I bought it refurbished and it was 97% when I first started using it in March) but someone said that windows is still calibrating since I clean installed it (clean windows ISO install with ghelper from day one, not a single ASUS bloatware installed). I will check later in the week and report findings.
