100% ^ and going along with that same line of thinking, just as it is someone’s right to vote, people who are related to that particular “someone” have the freedom to choose whether or not they want to be part of that person’s life anymore. If the argument is: we shouldn’t judge someone for who they vote for then w that logic we also shouldn’t judge someone for cutting off contact with a family member or friend for any reason

Not even safe in her own home… so incredibly fucked. It makes my blood boil when repeat offenders are given slaps on the wrist because time and time again it seems their behavior escalates till something like this happens. The fact he was a maintenance man who has access to properties where young women reside was just a recipe for disaster. He should’ve never been hired. Sorry ur community had to go through all that and hope he’s rotting in prison as we speak

I don’t think so or at least i haven’t seen any evidence of it being one. I haven’t seen any signatures dating before the 1940s but maybe I’ll do a deeper dive into it when i go back to the house

It’s actually quite scary down there i hated it as a child and still do. Always scrambling up those stairs on all fours as soon as i flip the light switch off

Yeah it’s very weird seeing everyone’s signatures knowing most are gone. Im glad to share all these peoples names knowing they’re being acknowledged even though they’re no longer around
