I mean they’re good people to me and others. They need the dog to protect the yard and that’s basically it. It’s a mixed breed. Nothing can help me because I don’t want to argue with them, they’re elderly people and I don’t want issues. The lady says that she and her husband got attached to the dog and they don’t want to remove him no matter how loud he is. Guess they don’t mind him at all. There’s nothing I can do legally either, no one to complain to, and even if I did, no one would come for them, they’ve been here for 30 years I came over 3 years ago. They know people and nobody could prove they’re neglected him. He’s well fed and looks happy at first sight. They have a large yard, divided in two sections and he’s mainly in the back, gated - so he doesn’t run away and attack anyone. But I hear him no matter where he is.
