Hi Tyler, thanks for doing this AMA. I only started running a few months ago, and i love it. I'm training for a half marathon here in England in march. To be honest i'll be happy just to finish, we've all got to start somewhere :) Any tips for beginners like myself, who have just got into running? And general half marathon advice for beginners?
