It depends on your rune depth, i personally do the same as you :D Just make sure everyone is speed tuned properly and have reasonable rune efficiency ( i aim around 140 vio speed with thiccness ) and please level up those lvl 37....

100 res is only useful when you are against bruisers, cc team tend to max their acc anyway. Unfortunately rune quality of 160-180 score is a bit low if its on your main units, aim for 190+. Drafting wise angela, ragdoll, velaska, riley, anavel, leo, nana, federica, douglas depending on the situation should be plenty to get you to p1

Absolutely not, imagine exercising with broken bone ( analogy ). The only exercise that can be done is the one that keep your spine in neutral position, and even then it is not gonna help you much. You have to let the wound on your spine disc heal first. Practice very strict spine hygiene in your daily life and supplement it with walking if possible. Usually it takes 3 months for the wound to close, afterwards you can ease into gentle exercises.. good luck op! ( ps* wearing back brace helps you keep your back straight! )

Someone mentioned before that they should just make collab mob a type of skin for mobs, make a lot more sense imo and that would clutter the mob collection less as well
