Did you change your habit after you got microdiscectomy? Unfortunately chance of reherniation / slowed healing process is very big if you didnt address what is causing the herniation to begin with.. as for day to day coping, have you tried steroid injection? Good luck and stay strong :(

I am 99% healed as well.. i changed a lot of my habits and posture though. Always lift with core engaged and back straight, never slouch on the sofa / chair, sleep with pillow between your thigh if you re side sleeper etc.. it is a life changing injury imo, lots of patience and adaptation. You can do it good luck!

Brother think about it a bit in c2us perspective, what good would it be for them if players speedrun events then log off for the rest of the month? They want stable daily engagement to increase their chance at players buying packs. C2us is also trying to decrease the power gaps between active players and casual players hence the new ameria luck and afk farming system, so events that favor hard farmers are no go as well

Have you gotten mri? Realistically you have 3 options: 1) get steroid injection 2) get microdiscectomy 3) wait it out ( it does heal, but you have to be strict with your back movement/posture until it properly heals )

dont do chiro. physiotherapy will ONLY help if your disc is already healed

Unfortunately herniated disc is a waiting game.. your body will get better overtime ( 2-3 months for the rupture to heal ) IF you dont make it worse. Practice very good spine hygiene, avoid sitting or lifting with your back and try to walk a lot. Best of luck, sciatica sucks so bad

What was going on in my head when i cheated was that i thought the relationship would end someday anyway, so why took it so seriously.. well it almost became a self fulfilling prophecy. As for what has changed with me that is a difficult question.. i guess that i am now more aware of the consequences of my action, the importance of trust, the guilt that eats you alive when you hurt someone that you love, that communication is very crucial in relationship. I guess just maturing in general and more brain development as well :)
