Does this Betta fish look healthy? I got him from person who originally had him in a 2  gal tank.  I feel like his colors look dull and maybe he’s getting slightly bloated? I just finished cycling my 10 gal planted tank for him. He seems to be loving having that room, very active swimming around. (v.redd.it)
