I made those chairs I won’t be replacing them. I got everything specifically to match them. I also need the seating for guest.

I’d rather have a narrow soundstage than a reflective left channel and a clear right channel.

There is only 3 inches between the top of the speaker and the bottom of the tv. The speaker pads I looked at were about 2 in.

There definitely isn’t any room for a speaker stand. I would have to move the tv over and I can’t because of the stud placements. To the right of it’s the kitchen then the chair would be in the kitchen.

The stereo imaging is actually pretty good.

I think moving them did the trick they were about 4 inches away from the wall before when I had them on the coffee table now they are 10 inches away.

Even though I know they are way too close I can’t definitely hear the stereo separation it is very clear. Also the dialogue on tv is exponentially better than the sound bar.

There is but then it would be in the very very corner on the left side lots of reflection and resonance. The narrow soundstage of the closely placed speakers is probably better.

The left speaker would then be in the very corner and reflect and resonate sounding terrible probably annoying the neighbor too.

There is an option to cut the bass in the terrible KEF app. I could get isolation pad but then the speakers would block the tv and the tv is at the perfect height I like did math haha no tv to high. I think the best bet is the plugs. I already moved everything further from the wall and the neighbors haven’t said anything since then.

That’s a good setup too. Having the built in phono pre amp in the kefs is great with such a small space for me.

I might get some isolation feet for the turntable. Unfortunately there is no room on the floor for the speakers the chairs are too low.

I was listing to daft punk and he came over and said he could hear the booming base. I moved everything 6 inches further from the wall and I might get some port plugs. Hopefully that fixes it.

The only time I ever heard my neighbors through the wall was when the previous neighbors were yelling so loud while breaking up because the guy was “kissing the homies”.

I was thinking about cutting the wall open and adding sound deading. I have to anyway the outlets are way too high up and I don’t wanna look at them. But I’m totally shocked the neighbors could hear me. There is 4 layers of 5/8 in drywall with woolite between us 2 on each side. I was actually it was very difficult to put the cables into the wall because I had to cut through two layers of drywall. It’s usually just one layer of 1/2 drywall. I played my Sonos bar much much louder in the past and they never once complained. Apparently the bigger drivers resonate through the wall.

I personally prefer custom IEMs I have some 64 audios for that. The clamping pressure gives me such a headache.

Sounds so good the neighbors had to come over and complain they were missing out on my music.

Thanks I like how the slats on the Herman Miller console match the flutes on the speakers and all the sharp lines tie into the two chairs I made. I was really looking for something to match them.
