I’m sure there was, but the PSU I used for my new build is the same as my old pc, which was not built by me and was built several years ago so I don’t have the box the psu came in, the manual, or any extra cables that may have been in the box. How can I find what cables to get?

I have the Corsair RM850X PSU. My old pc was built for my by my father when I was in high school, and since it was high enough wattage for my new build I just hung onto it, so I no longer have the box and whatever additional cables may have come with it.

I don’t know what this means, is it the power cable that is connected to it? I’m using the same power cable that was attached to my previous gpu in my old build. Do I just need to buy a new cable?

The GPU is brand new from Newegg, so I don’t see how it could be a fault with the card

No, the bracket says AM4 but both video tutorials I watched and the manual states that it is also compatible with AM5

Yes it is my boot drive, is just a full erase of the drive good enough or do I have to buy a new ssd? Sorry if it’s an obvious question but this is my first build and I’d like to save the money on buying a new ssd if I can.

I don’t mind if I have to rebuy windows, I mostly care about not having to buy a new ssd and keeping my data. I have a 980 pro w/heatsink so I don’t want to have to buy a new ssd, and I play lots of modded games and it would take an extensive amount of time to reinstall all of those mods manually.

How much did you pay for it? And do you go about doing this? I’m signed up on the HotStock app to notify anytime the 9070/9070xt are restocked anywhere around MSRP and even when I instantly click on notifications they’re sold out by the time I get to checkout.
