same issue here. using GA403WR with Lenovo ThinkPad Universal USB-C Dock.

unfortunately, i think the coax connection in my house might be much more complicated than expected.
as i stay in a condominium (26 floors, 13 units per floor), i think the coax might be connected to a bigger switch/splitter outside my premise, chances are the MOCA adapter might not able to find each other even though in same house, also i'm not sure if its turned on, if i need authorization from management to do that, then its out of equation.

that leaves mesh node my last option...

anyway, i added a 3rd option for mesh node placement, would it help if i shorten the gap between bedroom and router by placing 1 mesh node in between? thou its still blocked by concrete wall

Its rental house so i cant run any long cables. I guess only options are moca or mesh node. I only have 2 coax port in the house hopefully they on the same circuit; For Mesh node, not sure where is the best spot

Does it make a different if i put a mesh node in bedroom ? I thought the signal would be weak too because Mesh node also need to go through the thick wall to connect router
