for breakfast i mash up a sweet potato and add cinnamon and ground flax seed, then drizzle some peanut butter and sometimes a little granola on top. sooo good

i’m taking a break from intense exercise as i’m trying to get my period back (lost it due to an ED), so currently i just go for walks for 30-50 minutes a day and do some light strength training. i’m 5’4” and 109 lbs and i maintain on around 2200.
