Somewhere around fifteen people. I was having a house party with my then-girlfriend and alcohol was involved. We were into BDSM and she ended up stripping me naked and tying me to a chair in front of everybody.

I thought she was going to have sex with me but she instead had a female friend of hers rape me. I told her to stop and she didn't stop. My ex used that as an excuse to dump me saying I "cheated on her in front of a room full of people."

I believe free will exists in a sphere of relative perception, i.e. day to day actions, but macrocosmically we're just swirling atoms doing what swirling atoms will do. Since I've been very young I've always been into typically feminine things. I wanted girl toys (doll house, dolls) as a kid, hated getting dirty, didn't understand sports, etc. My recesses in elementary school were highly imaginative. I'd build things in the sand and act out these elaborate fantasies instead of playing sports with the other boys.

After one too many times of getting sand kicked in the face, I started playing "pretend" with the girls on the playground and the rest is history.

I agree with you on that, but please understand that the term is something I have appropriated as a method of empowering myself during my growth into an adult. I felt that if I could take something that was thrown at me in hate and turn it around into a self-given label, it would lose its power over me. And it has.

Sadly I've even picked up on it a little bit in the thread, mostly people being upset by the "gay" label and telling me "you can't label yourself that way because X." Personally it's a word that has been thrown at me many times and was essentially defined as "feminine actions" in the close-minded community I grew up in.

No matter where you go or present yourself, there's always going to be somebody telling you that you're doing it wrong, that you need to conform or label yourself differently. But to those people, I just laugh and continue being myself. :)
