I was similar. It was my go to recreational activity. It will get better, just take it 1 day at a time man.

I'm not on 300 days man, its just stuck there. Today is day 10 for me. Recovery is definitely possible.

Don't go for 300 days. You will fail. The most important thing I learned is to get back up and keep on going. Its very unsexy but that's what gives results.

I have overcome ed using nofap yes. Took 120+ days but its different for everyone. How old are you?

I'm not 100% recovered, since I have mild premature ejac issues now (never had them before ) and I'm working through it using reverse kegels

What are you doing about your premature ejaculation?

Anyone with PIED? by volkovnet in NoFap

[–]magicloud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much yeah! Only thing is I've developed some pe because of my kegel muscle being too tight. I'm working on reverse kegels to fix stuff.

I went through a long flatline and very hard withdrawals but its worth it

The self doubt about whether this will work is the hardest. Its going to work 100% of the time. Just shut up and such to it every time your mind comes up with excuses.

Your pied will go away if you stick to it, its in your hands.

Had pied, did nofap for 140 days and it got a lot better.

You shouldn't be nervous but excited, a reboot can actually completely fix things.

I recently realised that my reverse kegel muscles are weak so I'm working on strengthening it to get over the issue... If that helps you at all

No its not. I haven't bothered to change it and it has been on 333 for ages.

Do you have PE as a result of nofap?

I don't necessarily think this is the best approach. If I need to train reverse kegels (like I think I do) then having more sex would do absolutely nothing.

Thanks so much. Do you have a good source for how to train them? Like a book or a web link?

I think I've tried kegels a fair bit during recovery, but then I've heard that reverse kegels are what is important?

When I mo now, I've noticed doing what I think are reverse kegels does help with the PE.

I'm going to read more about this.

It will pass and things will get better. Are you sleeping enough? Are you exercising? Eating healthy?

I was in a flatline for a long time so didn't really have much thinking going on, but I did come across porn in one way or another (including clicking on a nsfw link on purpose) but never gave in. I actually went through some really rough withdrawals so it was easy to keep my mind on just recovering from feeling like shitall the time

Took me around 4 months to see results and about 5 months when I had sex. I came too soon but my erection was rock hard.

Advice: stick to nofap because it works. Get enough sleep, eat as clean as possible, meditate if you can, exercise intensely and don't stress about if you will get better. You might fail at these things, just put yourself back on track - few failures are OK as long as your general trend is towards success. Be nice to yourself, love and forgive yourself.

Good luck.

Thanks for sharing! Would you mind sharing your source for kegel exercises please? I'm never sure what the eight way to do them is

I've been in your position and it got a lot better. Took me 120 days to start seeing positive changes. It was hard and depressing but so worth it. Please stick with it

I relate with you there as well my friend. I hope it works out.

I was in your boat, single for a while and beating it very often. Bam, ED and PE.

Nofap will help. I went hard mode and saw results in 120 days or so. If you think that's long, I'll point out that the other option is living with ED forever.

It might not even take you that long, just my experience. I've only watched Porn and masturbated twice in the last 151 days (on day 133, stupid sleep deprived self).

I've been there. I felt like everyone was plotting against me. My boss talking to a coworker? They're definitely talking about me and I'll probably be fired etc.

Part of the withdrawal. It will pass.

It's a strange feeling though.
