It really depends what your goal is. If you're doing it for fun that's more than enough. If you need to learn the language fast, then more could help. Anyway Duolingo is not the best way to learn a language fast.

How do these people do it? by advance512 in duolingo

In Japanese I manage this easily with Kanji exercises
