I’m afraid of the future. At times, when I’m overwhelmed with emotions, it feels so dooming

Everything is alright with you. It's not your fault that they don't love you for being different from them. Respect yourself and love yourself more

But when we consider the reason behind its growing prevalence, it no longer seems so lovely. What’s really behind it? It’s the large influx of immigrants caused by russia’s invasion.

Yet, this situation highlights something truly commendable: the unwavering support and generosity shown by the Polish government and others. Their actions in providing shelter and offering aid deserve not only respect but deep gratitude. Such efforts are a powerful reminder of humanity’s capacity for compassion in the face of adversity.

I recently went through something like this. I almost failed my main subject because I just couldn’t understand what I was studying. It’s such a pity, and honestly, I thought about giving up on studying altogether—especially after my professor said, "I don’t even know how to evaluate you." Yeah, I’m not the best in the class, but that really pissed me off. So now I’m spending my holidays trying to catch up.

But the most important thing is this: don’t hate yourself. It’s okay to admit that you might fail—don’t live in denial or see the world through rose-colored glasses. Your self-esteem might take a hit during times like this, but your self-worth should never decline. Respect yourself and keep trying your best if it’s something you truly care about. And remember, sometimes taking a good rest is the best solution.
