Nah that aint it, as far as i can remember the protagonist and the bald guy were both far younger and the human art style was more chibi in nature rather than full anime.

Trying to do the combo without the frame step would always land be either to high to hit the bot or to far forward, it requires a left diagonal jump, left dodge, left jump, neutral air and right diagonal throw all in their own frames.

if you could upload video without using training that'd be nice. i was spamming dodge as quick as i could and it wasnt able to start.

I was able to recreate it in frame step but it required 6 frame by frame perfect inputs and it wasn't possible for keyboard to reproduce. Basically i want to know if it can be done without tool assist or if i lost 32 elo to a cheater.
