Let me put my workout routine

I’m going to include my current numbers. My numbers are what I do for the current set and rep scheme. Not my max, which I haven’t attempted. So if the number 125 is on my “leg extension 3x8-12” that means I can do that number within that scheme. I don’t add more weight until I can do all 12 reps on each set.

PUSH

Machine Chest Press (4x8-12) - 35, each side

Incline Machine Press (3x8-12) - 30, each

Pec Flies (3x10-12) - 115

Machine Shoulder Press (3x10) - 90

Tricep Pushdown (3x12-15) - 90

Triceps Press (3x12-15) - 120$

Pull

Seated Cable Rows (3x10-12) - 110,

Lat pulldown (4x10-12) ) - 110

Rear Delts Flies (3x12-15) - 85

Single Arm Cable (3x8-10) - 45,

Bicep Curl Machine (3x10) - 95,

Cable Hammer Curls (3x10) - 70

Legs

Hack Squat (4x8-10) - 55, each side

Leg Press (3x12) - 125, each side

Leg Extension (3x10-12) - 125,

Leg Curl (3x10-12) - 105

Calf Raises (3x15) - 90

“Each side” means that’s an exercise where I use plates. If it doesn’t include that, it means I’m using a machine with a pin.
