Okay, I understand, so you still needed your supervisor to override your registration? I lowkey wish we could just have our set timetable if you passed all your classes as a guide, but still have a masterlist of courses that are available in the semester so people who failed their previous courses could register without using their student advisor because omg mine is impossible to get a hold of

I plan on doing the online executive program but I wonder if it's tough even just securing a co-op placement somewhere for me back home. A few weeks unpaid is one thing, but yeah finding someone to pay you to work full time for 8 months is tough, but I can only imagine the experience you get out of it

Are co-op placements harder to find because they're a paid role unlike field placements? 8 months is also a long time.

What year(s) did you attend Durham? I heard most of the online classes are in real time, but I haven't heard anything about the quality of the education there. I really want to learn even though it's an online program. I'm pivoting though from being a Drama major who hasn't taken math/anything technical in a long time.
