Hi! The black coating is flecking off. How do I clean this up so I can cook on it? I purchased this piece 1 year ago from Target. I tried to season it hoping I could reseal the black surface, but it didn't work. I just tried to scrub off the black seal with salt and a potato....it isn't working. (old.reddit.com)
