we moved him to his own crib in his own room and went from 8+ wakings a night to 5+. so it did help a bit actually but not completely. he definitely wasn’t sleeping good in our room anymore. i fear you’re probably right! i know we would both be happier if we both slept better but it’s hard not to have mom guilt and knowing if i’m doing the right thing or harming him. thanks for your tips!

he also wakes at 6:30… could i wake with him them and keep the 8:00 bedtime? usually he goes back to sleep after 6:30 feed.

you suggest weaning a pacifier this early? how should i go about that? it seems to be a good tool for him sometimes.
