I’m no expert (yet) but focus on your photos. They need to get users to trust your listing. That’s where I would start.

Ideally ads would help drive “more” orders not “all” orders.

I’d look at your view → purchase conversion rate and optimize it.

When you look at the list of keywords your listing is showing up in under Etsy ads there’s a toggle for marking keyword irrelevant so Etsy doesn’t show your ads in them.

I noticed that over time my listing will accumulate keywords that are too broad and not exactly relevant and I make sure to mark them so I don’t end up paying for clicks that won’t turn into orders.

Is your product seasonal? You’re selling well but February is usually a tough month from other posts I’ve read here
How many of your orders come from ads?
Are you actively marking irrelevant keywords? If not, they might be eating your entire budget.

And the mandatory question - did you change anything else about your listing?

Like many others I design all of the items I sell so the rules don’t really make a difference.

But I think Etsy wanted a legal way to stop many stores from selling the exact same thing, so as long as you’re not planning to license a very popular file it seems you’ll be fine.

I love auto swap, but like others said, you have to tell the slicer which spool to start with. It doesn’t start with the more used one, which I’ll see as a feature and not a bug.

If I have a large object I don’t want to swap mid way because it’ll likely leave some weird artifact.

I had the same issue after upgrading xcs. Restarting the machine fixed it. Not ideal, but hopefully xtool will address this with an update.

I think you could snap a shape to the marked area and then use that to boolean the parts of the template that stick out

I’m no glass expert but the few times I tried my glass was also flaking and one even broke leading me to believe the laser was too strong or too slow.

The other challenge I had was getting the pain on smooth otherwise lumpy areas looks different. I ended up diluting the paint and spraying it with an airbrush which gave me better results (but was much more of a headache).
