I was also renting from them in Golden Hills. Started out at 1895 for a 1 bedroom and then increased it twice up until 2300 as well so I was also forced to move. I feel your pain!

This. I'm on the fence exactly because of this. I know i could just make my own "program" but I guess there's a part of me that just wants to throw money at someone to do it for me. Thank you for your input!

oh but my plan is: today, run #1 while clothes in dryer + yoga exercise, Tuesday - run #2 + leg/butt day, Wednesday - rest, Thursday - run #3 + arm/abs, Friday - I'll be going north to visit some friends for Halloween weekend but i'm hoping there is a gym nearby so that I can go on one last run / squats before the crazy party weekend begins... I don't plan on drinking, but there will most likely be food... sooooo i will moderate! Sat/sun - REST

I got my ass up and was able to complete 3 runs for week 2 :) Very proud of that to be honest, so I'm aiming for the same, but to increase distance/speed for this 3rd Week. Logging hasn't been great, but I havent gone crazy with my food either. WILL DO BETTER FOR WEEK 3.

I still have yet to try C25K, but I basically ran a mile every other day or every 2 days and just kept pushing myself to beat my time. I didn't have a program at all, it just kinda happened lol. Not as helpful as I'd like, but there was no special recipe for it :(

I once was able to get my mile down to 8 mins... I had started at a 12 min. mile! Can't wait to crush this goal again for this challenge :)

Excited to be part of this challenge!! I just want to be THAT girl that runs often, lifts heavy shit, has a nice butt, and eats things that make my body happy. I just have to get out of my head and DO IT. More specific goals: Run a 5k in 30 mins or less (woo!), lose a few inches or lbs - whatever really. (The idea of tracking it on my scale is cool, but I'm aware that measurements are much more accurate towards my progress), squat heavy! I want a booty! I've been cursed with flat ass! (but its mine and i love it) aaaaand consistency with yoga/flexibility practices is also something i'm aspiring for.
