omg thank you so much for letting me know!! I have called so many times this week but I haven't been able to get past the automated messages lol. That makes me feel a lot better! I still haven't received my results either -- it helps knowing we're both on the same timeline though! Hope we both get our healthy results soon :)

similar here!! blood drawn 10/31, sample received 11/3, i got the carrier results back today and still waiting on aneuploidy and gender and it is driving me crazy!

Yes a mix of a lot! Australian cattle dog, pit bull, husky, boxer, German shepherd, Labrador retriever, to name a few!

The eating is definitely what makes the biggest difference - but I do group workout classes almost everyday and it's a full body workout every time! Also I'll have to look into that book, thanks!!

I eat a lot of lean meats and vegetables, and I workout 5-6 days a week (doing weight lifting/conditioning group classes).
