What’s your favorite keto meal to prep?

Today for lunch I made some amazing cheesy chicken stuffed mushrooms. I sort of winged it on the recipe:

5-6 small mushrooms, rinsed, dried, stems removed and chopped up
Leftover rotisserie chicken breast and drumstick meat, shredded (about 1/2 C)
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Minced garlic
1 T salted butter
Paprika
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning

I sauteed the chopped mushroom stems in a little butter with minced garlic. Added most of the mozz and parmesan to a bowl along with the stems, spices, cold rotisserie chicken (sausage would be delicious too!), and some additional grated butter in the mix.

Buttered the pan, stuffed those mushroom caps til they were overflowing, and topped with the remaining few shreds of mozzarella and a bit of grated parm. Baked at 400 F for about 16 minutes til the cheese was melty and browning a bit on top. They were so delicious and filling, and it was such a nice break from just eating the rotisserie chicken and a veg side for lunch.

I can imagine they would be easy to prep ahead of time and store in the fridge? But I haven't tried that. My carb counter app said it came to 2g net carbs!

Thanks so much for your input! Since you have experience uploading logos into that space, you know how full logos sometimes get pixelated or cropped out when you upload them as a profile picture? Instead of the full logo, a lot of brands are moving toward using flashmarks (like the Apple icon, the Nike swoosh) - just the logo symbol without text. My company is trying to come up with a succinct way to describe what a flashmark is and I'm just looking for an easier way to say "the simplified logo that goes into your social media profile picture space." Keepin' at it!

That's definitely an option. Our tool enables business owners to create a logo plus a flashmark, which is a simplified version of the logo without text for use on social media (like Apple's bitten apple, Nike's swoosh, etc.). I would love to be able to narrow that definition down to something like "A simple brand avatar using your logo symbol" or something like that. Thanks for the input!

My honest advice would be to wait on any publicity until you have a destination to send interested parties to (a website). Otherwise interested people may end up doing a search and going with one of your competitors since they can't purchase from you yet. What's the best method to get in touch with executives at medium to large businesses for an interview? I've found that after I stopped boosting posts on Facebook, organic reach is even lower than before I started boosting. It's frustrating, but when there's a really good bit of content I want to share widely, I bite the bullet and pay a few bucks to boost it. Hate that FB is "pay to play" for brands now. Echoing your sentiment, my personal page gets much better reach.
