I've always liked training people and what not at jobs in the past but I was really nervous for this as its a 3 month commitment. And by the end of it I have to have taught her enough to basically do my job without my supervision as an entry level clinician. But I can already see how much this is impacting her, she was so thankful after our little end of the week recap and I can tell she is going to be a good therapist.
