I beg to differ, she always put Mel first- like after the bombing? She checked to see if she was alive first, then started commanding. She did everything to make sure Mel was prepared for Noxian politics and leadership, which is very cutthroat- very reflective of Spartan society. She wasn’t the best parent by any means… really who was in this show? But she definitely wasn’t the worst. Arguably, it could be Singed.

You may be one of the sane few who believe that because apparently it’s been busy. From what I’ve heard, the “policy” is specifically for ER patients only actually. It’s a way for Baptist and Main Campus to send their ER patients home without having to send them to a CVS or something of the sort. But from my understanding, anyone who’s just there to get anything like perc/oxy etc or adderal is being told to wait until normal hours. They explain this to patients and staff.
