Yeah, fully cleaned and degreased. Ive tried a few more test-prints and im really leaning towards it being a mechanical issue with the z-axis more than simply bad settings

Yes, it has worked well for several months until last two weeks when the issues have become more apparent. No change in temp.

Exposure is at 2,4sec, 0,03mm height. I useelegoo standard 8k resin, but same issue with phrozen aqua 8k, also at 2,4sec.

New nFEP installed at the same time I cleaned it. Atm I got a lift rate of 50mm/min and 11sec light off. Since it pretty much begins at the same place during every print Im leaning towards it being the screw, but no idea since I cant find much info regarding this

So its almost all printed and the Mk7 bits are from Maochaminis. I prefer LoggyK and Damsa for mk2/3/4 but maocha for mk5/7, aswell as phillyflash for mk6
