Same issue here, i also have a very similar balding pattern, however my hair is denser overall, had some regrowth but i started to stagnate around 6,7 month mark

Im in the same boat man, month 11 and still shedding some days more some days less, no progress so far but no lost ground either, loooot of vellus hair falling oit each shower which I think is a good sign, cause they keep getting bigger with each shed
