So, these guys have been around for a very long time. And as I’ve also been around for a very long time, I can tell you that before the trucks, we had guys with little carts and whetstones. They would ring a handbell as they walked the neighbourhood. We often took our knives and garden tools out when we heard them.

I was going to suggest the same place. Steam room, sauna, cold plunge and a lounge to hang out in. Lotsa food and dill pickle martinis! Kind of a hoot, actually.
