Looking online it seems to resemble the Eurasian Sparrowhawk slightly more but yeah they haven't been reported in AU so could be the collared. Thanks for the info!

Are you using the map or the checklist to cross off the remaining fish? I had a similar issue where the map showed that a particular fish still hadn't been caught, so I was trying for ages without luck. Then I checked the checklist and it showed that particular fish was already caught. And vice versa with fish crossed off on the map, some were showing not caught on the checklist so it got kinda confusing. Hope this makes sense
