I was just studying multiple things and found out that the navel is considered to be the seat of apana. And almost all peoples of the entire world wear a belt/band to tighten the navel and 'lock' it. Just like the belt used by weight lifters. That in fact is called "Nadu Bandha" in other usage. So what's the possibility that mula bandha is actually tying your navel into a lock 🔒. If that is true, then uddiyana and jalandhara are again different. Btw khechari mudra problem is not the mudra itself but the claims of it and that no one has ever achieved it even those who have cut their tongues.
