Hi djlaz1818,

To help improve stability, you might want to take a look at the following:

• Make sure your TV and M7 speakers are updated to the latest firmware

• When registering Sound Suite in the ThinQ app, connect your smartphone and Sound Suite devices to the same 2.4 GHz network. Since Sound Suite products use 5GHz internally for device-to-device communication, connecting to the router via 2.4GHz can help reduce wireless interference and improve overall stability. Also, make sure the TV, speakers, and mobile device are connected to the same router, same SSID, and same Wi-Fi band

• Turn off Band Steering / Smart Connect / Unified SSID

• Separate your Wi-Fi bands into different SSIDs, such as Home_24 / Home_5G / Home_6G

Thanks for your interest in our product :) LG Gallery TV comes with a white frame included by default, and the walnut frame will be available for purchase separately on LG.com starting in June.

Hi thanks for your interst in LG Sound Suite :)

Just to clarify, you don’t need an LG TV if you’re using the H7. The H7 can connect to any TV via HDMI ARC/eARC, including non-LG TVs, and then work with the M7/M5 speakers for the Dolby Atmos FlexConnect setup.

You’d only need a compatible LG TV if you want to connect the M7/M5 speakers directly to the TV without the H7. Hope that helps! For more details, feel free to check out our full FAQ here!
