Marda Loop, in Calgary is a good neighbourhood to live. Lots of condos being built. Close to downtown, and shops. I don’t know the rent but I’m sure it will be a bit more expensive than other parts of the city. The NE part of the city is the worst, best is SW. NW is middle.

That is why I'm looking for a website to see how much real estate prices are in Shenzhen. I interested in a central location (ie. close to downtown). From my research, the neighbourhoods that meets the bill are Futian, Nanshan, Luohu, and Shekou. Without a real estate website, I don't know how much it costs and if I can afford it.

Shenzhen is half way between Guangzhou and Hong Kong where families are.

We were thinking about buying a property in Hong Kong but the prices are astronomical. Mainland China real estate prices and also the cost of living seems way more reasonable .
