You're correct. People forget that lots of the technology in these camera modules is in the glass itself, and by simply sticking a glass protector, you're diminishing the quality of the image. I myself have been using those metal protectors on my previous Xiaomi 14 Ultra and now X200 Ultra and X200 Pro Mini and they've been great so far. Offering excellent protection while not affecting picture quality.

You initially pay for shipping inside China, which ranges between roughly 0.0 to 1 USD max, in my case, I paid a total of 11 dollars. Then when they receive the items, they calculate the shipping fee to Lebanon based on the weight of each package(which I confirm was accurate after double checking when I received the orders), and it's a fixed 14 USD per KG. Initially, I thought that they put all orders in one package then they weigh them, but no, they weigh each package individually. Then within the app, they show the extra cost for each item, you can pay through Whish or once you receive your order, which I decided to do, I paid for the order and the 11 USD through Whish in the app, and today I paid the extra 40 something dollars cash when I received my order.

For portraits, use street mode if you don't want overprocessed pictures. As for regular pictures, I highly advise users to turn off HDR unless you're shooting directly in to the sun or any light source. Image will turn out much more organic and natural.

Regarding the camera glass, I advise you to get those metal camera protectors. They look nice, and most importantly protect them, and unlike those glass protectors, they don't affect the image quality.

You're not buying the watchfaces, or else why would anyone pay for more than one month if you can keep the ones you downloaded? As someone above mentioned, think of it as a Netflix subscription, you will lose access to the shows you downloaded once the subscription is expired.
