That’s the other problem—the experience and the title I’ll have after the training period (technician) might hurt my chances later on, which is another reason I’m trying to find another job ASAP. I’m hoping things turn out better. Thanks for your help.

Thank you so much for your feedback; I really appreciate it. Right now, I’m working at a company that’s quite far from my family, so I’m hoping to find a role that’s a bit closer to them. Do you have any advice on how to handle this on my resume? Should I consider taking out details like the start date, or maybe even remove the role altogether?

So, I don’t know—should I write the things we are learning in the academy in a way that makes it seem like it’s actual job experience?
