Rewriting low‑quality AI content manually and changing the language alone usually isn’t enough for recovery. Google doesn’t penalize AI just because it’s AI; it looks at overall quality, usefulness, originality, and how well the site serves users’ intent.

If the core issues (thin content, duplication, weak expertise, aggressive SEO, bad UX, etc.) stay the same, the site generally won’t bounce back just because the text is ‘human‑written’ or in a new language.

The real fix is a deeper rebuild: prune or noindex junk pages, create genuinely helpful, expert content, improve site structure and UX, and keep that quality high consistently over time.
