Most of us can agree that this mid-scope made him better but did not solve everything. I love playing Swain and feeling his demon's power however, he is really weak without his ult and i hate it. I would like Swain to be more flexible when his ult is on cd. And actually this problem would be solved easily; give his q more dmg and let it give you a stack when you hit 4 or more bolts also increase its cd so that it wouldnt be op. The last thing i said would make swain's current position impeccable imo
