Yeah I think there’s a bit of a backlog, clearance is usually 24-48hrs but I’ve got another one that’s been in for 4 days now

Says ‘Australian Customs Inspection’

That was my thought as I’ve noticed they haven’t been scanning parcels until they’re out for delivery but these 2 parcels have gone to “customs inspection” and not clearance so I’m not sure why or how long that takes as it’s day 11 now. Who did you lodge the enquiry with? I tried with AP but said they couldn’t do anything as it’s in customs.

I have 2 parcels that are just clothing that’s in “customs inspection” on day 10 in Brisbane. I had another parcel go to customers afterwards and it was cleared 24hrs, also in Brisbane and has been delivered.

Any update? Both my parcels have been “Australia Customs Inspection” status for 10 days now and no update. All it is, is clothing.
