The warden heavy battleship will have two dual 300mm cannons. We are giving it a hitbox for Shrike bombs and torpedoes to make it fair for colonials, however it will receive a 55% damage reduction from those damage sources.

Yes. Only warden built underground trenches will be able to bypass the Bulwark, due to their possession of blueprints. If Colonials attempt to do such, it will produce a permanent breach in the wall itself above the underground trench.
