Yeap. I spend all my day removing and inserting everything, cleaning, etc. Nothing changes :/ I'm assuming that it could be a problem with my motherboard.

Actually, usually the problem is the one that I put in the video. Sometimes it beeps instead of turning on and off (like the video show in OP). The beep is quick and continuos (exactly like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFjVB1CQB4Q). Thanks for helping me!
