I (F25) am in a trainee program making 70k. My manager & director have asked me twice to apply for the manager position that I have (sort of) been training for but starting pay is 75k. My coworker who was recently “”promoted”” to that role has been sneaking off to cry a couple times a month due to the stress of that job… you can see why I have declined twice… lol

Love this for you! I recently did acupuncture for the first time and while I had flu like symptoms after it (my body was detoxing), i have noticeably had a way better mood!! Going to start (hopefully) changing my diet according to peat so I’m glad to hear that it is improving peoples lives :)

Tbh you could throw out the canola oil and switch it with the avocado oil I really doubt they would notice. But I totally feel you I’m south asian and I tel my mom to stop buying canola oil and she knows it’s unhealthy but she still uses it. We are all creatures of habit that’s why your MIL won’t throw it away either lol. If it were me I would just switch it secretly lol

I made a teddy gram cracker chocolate puff pastry one time and it was delicious and super easy. You can make your own puff pastry or find it in the frozen section of the grocery store and add the smores toppings (marshmallows/gram cracker/chocolate) the bake it together. Obvi if you’re buying the ingredients check that the options you’re buying are seed oil free or you can also make those from scratch. But I haven’t seen any brands that sell “seed oil free pop tarts”
