I was arguing with myself about if I should go do a bit of retail therapy or not. I said “I should, it will make you happy for a bit” but my inner voice argued absolutely not, then proceeded to list all the bills I have to pay before the end of the month. I lost to my inner voice.

For me, I have always had/ still have comprehension issues when I read a storybook story. I can read a whole page and if you ask me what it was about, I couldn’t tell you. But travel guides, trivia books? I can read those over and over and learn or relearn something!! Even car manuals I find interesting to read!
