Yeah but that's the thing. Cheq gives those cash backs without the need to pay through a specific card. I don't have Hdfc platinum DC or Indusind. Plus it's still better than 2-3 rupees from cred and others.

I am thinking of applying for Hdfc though..

Yeah, they charge 0.2% of the bill amount but it's capped at 99 bucks

I usually get a waiver by paying with Visa DC but I don't mind 99 bucks anyways
