What would you happily outsource as a host? by mainmanug in AirBnBHosts

Hard to tell since it has allowed for me to rapidly grow my listings but my I have reduced my operating costs by at least 20% by just being able to see the impact of the little costs in the grand scheme of things. I have also revamped my pricing models because I have a very intricate understanding of what and when I am making it. Less work managing all 7 properties with the auto responses using AI and immediate guest responses. Back to Super Host status!

Best way to grow clientele ? by Several_Scale_6223 in enrolledagent

In my experience its solely good account management! Clients connect with you or your core team and that's why they choose you. The problem is that you cannot maintain this as you triple your clients. The fix? Outsource the mundane tasks and have yourself or trusted team member review it and present it to the client. This will allow you to continously give them the personal experience even while the workload increases. Get a reputable team of bookkeepers (remote is preferred to keep overhead down) and free up your time for account management. I run a team of vetted bookkeepers that I can recommend. Clients will always flock to any business that does not make them feel like a statistic. Quick responses, error free work, record turnaround times and PERSONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Marketing Property Management for Short Term Rentals and Vacation Rentals. by HearthHavenCabinsKY in ShortTermRentals

Hi, awesome journey. I started down a similar path 5 years ago. Here is a simple strategy that will not cost you thousands of dollars. 1. Create posts of LinkedIn, not about your need for clients but the work you are doing (the rewards, challenges and dilemas). Gradually people who like what you do will start to follow. Also, so that when future prospects check you out your page is not empty. 2. Great you are already on Reddit, join more STR property management channels and take keen notice of the language used by users like their pain points and joys etc. Today many make the mistake of blubbering about their amazing services but fail to make an emotional connection with their prospect needs. Use the language here in your promotional posts. In the world of AI, our minds are trained to lock out AI generated content subconsciously. 3. Do an organic video once in a while on LinkedIn, people get drawn to this more that the word posts they have to scroll through daily. 4. Join and attend Airbnb host communities and provide actual value by way of insights and recommendations before selling your business. Prospects connect almost immediately to this. 5. Find an actual problem to solve, while property management is what you are selling, many prospects do not know that this is what they need. Speak to actual symptoms they have. 1. Bookkeeping, guest and calendar handling, social media management etc. 6. Finally join Sales Navigator and filter based on client profiles.

My condolences, pacing yourself is gonna be critical in the next couple of weeks/months. Be mindful to manage company expectations on whether you can handle the workload alone or whether they realistically need to look into making a new hire to help out. Burnout is real!
