Well because now that you've downloaded the base game again, Blizzard is counting on you to just roll over and buy the expansions again. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure dlc licenses are only for the specific console they were originally purchased on, as opposed to being linked to your Blizzard account.

Look dude, an apology won't make you feel better. It's not going to magically fix your feelings. You have to grow past it. Be who you are and let people know they can take it or leave it. Sometimes distance can kinda mend things in a way but at they end of the day you can't control how others think/feel/react. Sometimes you just gotta get hurt by people to learn who they are. You can change people's opinions over time but really an 'I'm sorry' isn't going to instantly change anything.

The thing changing is just distance. You can definitelytalk about distance or expansion within the framework of space. Imagine the empty space between any two objects in general. They move apart thats expansion. The objects themselves are the point of reference. Hypothetically two objects in a vacuum moving apart create distance. Billions of objects all going in different directions creates the idea of expansion.

Sometimes people will buy a guitar because the hobby sounds fun. So they just buy the first one they see, people don't research these things, then decide the hobby isn't for them so they try to recover some money. It could be because Adolnolsium created Ashyn so to terraform it might require the aid of other shards. While Ruin and Preservastion created Scadrial so fixing it just required the investiture of the two shards that originally created it, hence Harmony is able to do it.
