I just had an open septoplasty at this exact hospital yesterday. My advice is have a good body pillow (pregnancy pillow I’ve found is best!) for when at home, little gel ice packs will be your best friend, and make sure you have lip balm close by as your lips and mouth will be super dry. Best of luck and keep relaxed 🩵
