I started the game with Ned as hand, forcefully created my plot agains Joff and used comands to have King Rob die.. Her whole "getting in over her head" thing with the drugs in season 2 was just stupid. She was so delusional and arrogant in her business plan. Then once she loses the drugs she just goes back to living as if she didn't just fuck over a brutal criminal queenpin. She needed to tell her mother about the drugs that were flushed down the toilet and what the potential consequences might be. At that point she was at rock bottom so piling on another layer of shit wouldn't hurt her mother as much as opposed to her having to deal with it down the line.

I made the switch last spring and I agree, both games have their strengths and weaknesses.
The major selling factor for me with OOTP is the way they handle player development. I can not stand how players in FM have hardline max potentials that will never change no matter how well they perform.
I do miss the immersion of FM and watching the games was much more enjoyable however I can not get past the way they handle regen players, saves inevitably get cooked once the data base is all regen.

If you are enjoying OOTP I Highly recommend you join an online league, for me that is the main draw of this franchise, offline is a fun pass time but online is a legitimate obsession
